Books on the beach, summer 2009
The appointment ''Books on the beach'', in addition to recreational activities and sports on the beach, has been launched for the first time this year. These original and innovative events will accompany our summer every Thursday at 5:30 p.m. from July 2nd to September 10th, finding their rightful place in the ''La Pagoda'', on the Des Bains beach, in front of the homonymous hotel. The initiative, resulted from the collaboration with ''Granviale Editori'', well known local publisher, will offer the opportunity for an extremely diverse audience to meet authors and artists of the Italian literary scene. A winning idea to combine culture and sea, with readings and presentations to enliven the lazy summer afternoons in very informal situation, opening the interaction between audience and authors.
