Beach Glamour 2010

Excelsior Beach, summer 2010. The famous designer from Milan, Castagna, has made the photo shoot of the new version of the Fiat 500 Tender Two, brand new model inspired by handmade versions of the '60s, particularly suitable for seaside resort thanks to the interiors and brackish water resistant. Special designed just for lovers of sun and beach.

The closing Gala for the Film Festival, held on September 11th, was organized on the Excelsior beach, in front of the same Hotel, in a large “pavillon”, built directly on the beach for the occasion, and in the Taverna, overlooking on the sandy shore.
The mild temperature of the evening, with a clear and starry sky, the sea calm and gleaming, made the evening memorable. Guests had at disposal a rich buffet and then music for dancing under The "pavilion" on the beach.

The 48th edition of the Literature Award, Premio Campiello, cultural event sponsored and organized by Confindustria Veneto since 1962, took place in two different dates and venues: Friday, September 3rd, at the Pavillon by the Excelsior Beach, in occasion of the 67th edition of the Venice Film Festival, it was hold the ceremony of the five authors who are finalists Gianrico Carofiglio with “Le perfezioni provvisorie” (Sellerio), Gad Lerner with “Scintille.

Excelsior beach. At the center of the advertising campaign Malìparmi for summer 2010, there is no a face or a famous person, but a totem created by different objects, as represented by the photographer Andrea Garuti.
The shape, with a closer look, outlines the shape of a woman, taken outdoors at sunrise. In the background, the Hotel Excelsior and Venice, city and sea border, a crossroads of cultures, thoughts and arts.

Venice Lido, Des Bains Beach. Isabella Ragonese, twenty-nine years old from 2006, thanks to an explosion in number of interpretations and success, has become one of the young actresses more solid in Italy, gains the role of godmother of 67^ edition of the Venice Film Festival. The Sicilian actress, well known for the movie “Tutta la vita davanti”, in elegant skirt and blouse, pose in front to the photographers.

Saturday, September 4th, 2010. The Des Bains Beach of Venice Lido host, in its historical venue, La Pagoda, a gala dinner, but also a solidarity and awareness event. During the 67th edition of the Venice Film Festival, Maxim, the prestigious lifestyle magazine, has chosen to offer a valuable contribution to the campaign "Life is better without drugs" supporting the Public Institutions of the Venetian District.
