The ''Pedalonga'' competition excites Venice Lido
Sunday July 25th, by the Des Bains beach, among the various recreational and sports activities proposed in the 2010 edition of the Beach Games, was held the 1st edition of ''Pedalonga'', pedal boats contest in pairs.
The competition, open to male, female and mixed crews, has involved 10 pairs of combative teams. In the morning the races were held on a qualifying sprint course. Based on the recorded times, the best teams battled in the afternoon, over a distance of two kilometers. The victory went to the crew ''Tenderin Sportivo'', that has excelled in the qualifying race in the morning and afternoon. Spectacular fight for 4th position between a Venetian and a Spanish crew. At the end of the event, prizes for all participants thanks to the sponsorship of ''Decathlon Marghera'', ''Lavazza'' and ''Unico1'', the association of Diego Murari that gives support to sick children.
