On the Des Bains beach enjoy the ''Latin fitness''
Summer 2011. This year, on our beaches, guests can enjoy the "LATIN FITNESS", a new way of physical exercising with a combination of salsa, merengue and rumba approached as a lively aerobics class following the rhythm of Latin music. A mix of movements that involve all muscles: legs, arms, abdomen, gluteus muscles and also the most important: the heart!
It is not necessary any experience in dancing to have fun… exercises can increase your resistance, maximizing the consumption of calories and toning-up the body. The sexy and explosive Latin rhythms create an atmosphere that makes exercise not a pain, but a party! Classes, taught by the professional Dance Masters of the school "Sabor y Salsa" Andrea Dionori and Betty Pierazzo, will take place every Sunday at 17.30 by La Pagoda - Des Bains beach.
