Meditation of the Heart on Des Bains beach
Summer 2011. ''WEAR WHITE CLOTHES AND COME WITH US TO MEDITATE ON THE BEACH!''. This is the ‘keyword’ for those who want this summer, through harmonious movements combined with conscious breathing, release tension and stress, allowing the energy of the heart renewed again and free flowing. Meditation and Dance of the Sacred Heart is a technique of the Sufi tradition. A ritual dance that attaches to your inner core and the natural flow of life in harmony with Existence.
. Gestures are performed in the 4 cardinal directions, north-west-south-east, gently bringing energy to the individual body-mind-soul unit by contacting the 4 elements: earth-water-fire-air. Every Monday at 06.00 p.m., right on the Des Bains beach, you can live a beautiful and moving spiritual experience.
